About MP&C:

Membrane Process & Controls Inc. is located in beautiful Edgar, Wisconsin which is west of Wausau Wisconsin.  The company began as a joint venture upon panel building along with designing membrane filtration systems for customers in need of separating and concentrating fluids.

The original nich was filtration for the development of Whey which was formerly a discarded by-product of the cheese industry.  Over time MP&C became a leading supplier of process know-how, system and Whey plant design.

From the expertise and experience gained from Whey development the company built a solid reputation.  This eventually led to MP&C to providing membrane filtration systems to other industries.  The company is now involved with processing fluids for various applications within food processing and other industries.  Systems have been provided in the U.S., Europe, South America and China.

In 2008 Membrane Process and Controls Inc. aligned in a partnership with KEMEX Inc. to expand its services and offferings.  KEMEX Inc, is located in nearby Marathon, Wisconsin and has experience in mechanical design, custom machinery and engineering services.

We realize you may have concepts, concerns. issues and ideas relating to existing process and plant operations.  Working in harmony with our customers we seek to provide solutions that will improve processes, develop new products and ultimately bring added revenue to plant operations.  We enjoy going from concept to design, engineering to fabrication, bringing a new or improved system to fruition.
