Design

KEMEX can assist you with mechanical and design engineering functions.  The company has a mechanical engineer on staff with many years of industrial plant and machine design experience.  When dealing with space limitations, we are confident in our abilities to overcome such challenges.

Fabricate

Fabrication is yet another of our core competencies.  Our in-house engineering provides us with the detailed measurements and drawings to accomplish pre-installation and custom equipment fabrication.  Kemex offers full service welding and will implement the appropriate process (GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, FCAW)  Fabrication can be performed on your site or at our facility.

Install

Quality and timely installation can be achieved with careful planning.  Details make all the difference in success or failure.  At KEMEX we understand this importance.  We support our field crews by providing the necessary engineering, equipment, pre-fabrication, materials and installation methods. This allows our skilled tradesmen to get the job done safely and correctly.  Our crews work under the direct supervision of an experienced mechanical installer.  Who knows how to make informed decisions to accommodate changing project conditions without compromising or missing key details.  The result is a quality installation according to the design without hassle to the customer.

Your equipment is an asset that makes you money.  It must operate predictably and reliably.  We understand the importance of carefully following repair instructions.  Bearings and sheaves must be aligned, gear reducers need the proper level of oil, and conveyor rails must be straight, Kemex trains and employs skilled mechanical tradesmen that will treat your equipment as if it were their own.  We can help with scheduled maintenance shutdowns or equipment overhauls.
