Maple Syrup Production

Membrane Process & Controls began designing systems for the Maple Syrup industry in 2007.  We are a local company with support for the skids we build.  We carry an inventory of replacement parts so we can keep your RO concentrating.  We offer a large variety of skids for concentration of Maple Sap.  We have several standard models availible as well as the ability to custom design one for your specific needs.  Below is a 450 - 600 GPH system that we have built for several customer.  We utilized cross flow technology to ensure more efficient processing of maple sap.
