Membrane Process & Controls (MP&C) is pleased to announce the addition of
Ronnie Sneed as its new Automation & Controls Manager, effective July 7,
2026.
In this leadership role, Sneed will oversee MP&C’s Automation Engineering,
Programming and Panel Shop teams. He will focus on strengthening
collaboration across the departments, supporting employee development and
helping ensure the successful execution of automation and controls projects
for MP&C customers.
Sneed brings extensive experience in industrial automation, electrical
engineering, controls, project management and team leadership. Most
recently, he served as Director of Automation at Blue Ridge Automation,
where he led automation engineering and project management teams. His
previous experience also includes leadership and engineering positions with
Schwan’s Food Company, ConAgra Foods, Nestlé USA and other industrial
organizations.
Throughout his career, Sneed has supported electrical and automation
initiatives involving process improvements, capital projects,
control-system design, equipment commissioning and manufacturing
operations. His technical background includes experience with Rockwell
Automation, Siemens, Ignition SCADA, Wonderware, SQL Server and
manufacturing execution systems.
