Custom Metal Fabrication

MP&C has a modern 50,000 sq ft fabrication facility staffed by a team of highly skilled Fabricators. Fabricating pressure vessels, tanks, membrane filtration systems and process skids is something we do every day. MP&C specializes in stainless steel and higher alloy fabrication – we do not fabricate any carbon steel products. On-Site Tubing & Pipe Fabrication

MP&C’s talented field fabrication personnel have welded and installed countless miles of stainless steel and higher alloy tubing and piping at hundreds of job sites. Our craftsman primarily use manual TIG welding for these applications although MIG welding and Orbital welding are available options as needed.

R&D / Product Trials / FAT

A differentiating capability, MP&C has a full R&D Center on-site. This facility contains a wide variety of process equipment and full utility hook-ups. Experienced Technicians are able to run product trials and perform pilot scale testing to validate equipment performance before larger scale equipment is fully developed. Our R&D facility can perform filtration, separation, concentration, pasteurization, waste stream recovery, blending and spray drying. The facility is also utilized for Factory Acceptance Testing as required.
