ASME Pressure Vessels

MP&C is certified to the ASME VIII-1 Pressure Vessel Code for the design, fabrication and certification of pressure vessels. Many of our Fabricators have more than 15 years of ASME pressure vessel experience. We are able to fabricate small 8” diameter pressure vessels all the way up to vessels exceeding 14’ diameter. MP&C is able to offer our custom pressure vessels with a variety of polish finishes, jackets, insulation and agitation.

Atmospheric Tanks

For decades, MP&C has been fabricating best in class stainless steel and higher alloy atmospheric tanks for storage, blending, heating/cooling and other client applications. Our expanded tank shop, now 25,000 sq ft, was completed in 2024. We have built tanks up to 19’ diameter and can lift tanks up to 50,000# with a variety of metal polishes, jackets, insulation, etc.

Control Panels

MP&C’s in-house panel shop is certified to the UL-508A standard. We employ full time, experienced Controls Engineers, Panel Shop Managers and Technicians to design, produce, install and test custom control panels both for process equipment we fabricate as well as producing standalone panels for our client’s specific applications. Acute pride in workmanship results in panels that function properly, are highly reliable and are tidy and well thought out for future growth and maintenance.

Materials Of Construction

MP&C fabricates a wide range of products from stainless steel and higher alloys. To ensure the integrity of the products we fabricate for target markets, MP&C avoids the risk of cross contamination by not fabricating any products from carbon steel.
