Develop new and maintain a chart of present MP&C accounts. These accounts form the customer base for
MP&C related to process design, process equipment, controls & automation, installation services and
parts sales from time to time in established MP&C markets. The region of expected representation is the
South Central region, including: Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma,
Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
Provide leadership and skill training for the Automation and Controls ground that consists of Control Design
Engineers, PLC/HMI Programmers, and Control Technicians.
This position is the interface between the sales, estimating, engineering, and design departments and is responsible to work with all four to define scope of work for custom sanitary process systems, equipment, and mechanical components which MP&C designs and builds. The majority of theequipment and systems are utilized in the food and dairy industries.
Technical drawings and design of mechanisms, components, structural framework, piping, and tanks to support equipment used in Food and Dairy production plants. Maintains MP&C’s integrity, professionalism and profitability during project design and execution. The Mechanical CAD Designer must exhibit emotional composure, be detail-oriented, and have a willingness to work with many personality types and individuals of varying technical aptitude.
Strong attention to detail and possessing a good understanding of welding techniques required.
Provide on the job leadership and skilled training for the mechanical piping installation of projects
involving molecular filtration, fluid and heat transfer systems, and general sanitary process piping at
customer facilities.
