Membrane Process & Controls, Inc. has nearly three decades of experience fabricating stainless steel tanks, piping and skids.  MP&C holds an ASME “U” stamp that authorizes us to design, fabricate and certify ASME pressure vessels to the ASME Pressure Vessel Code VIII-1.  MP&C also holds a National Board “R” stamp certification.  To ensure we provide our clients with the highest possible quality product, MP&C does not fabricate anything from carbon steel.  Many of our clients are in sanitary process markets.  MP&C is certified to the 3-A sanitary standard.

MP&C is a family-owned company.  Since our founding in 1992, our capabilities have continued to increase at a strategic rate.  Not only does MP&C offer extensive vessel and tank fabrication capabilities but we also offer process engineering, skids, process piping, pumps, agitation/mixing, automation/controls and installation.  We can truly offer a turn-key, one-stop solution for clients interested in that enhanced scope of supply.

From our location in central Wisconsin, we serve clients throughout the United States, Canada as well as overseas.  MP&C does not offer standard, inventoried products.  We are focused on understanding each client’s specific needs and delivering a world-class product that is precisely designed and executed to be the exact solution our client is seeking.  Our facility is modern, well-equipped and clean.  To meet continued strong demand for our products, later this year MP&C will be expanding our main fabrication building – nearly doubling our square footage.  With high roof bays and high capacity cranes, MP&C fabricates products ranging from 4” diameter in 16 gauge stainless all the way up to 12’ diameter in thickness ½”+ with weights exceeding 50,000 lbs.

If you have a current or upcoming need for a stainless steel ASME pressure vessel, MP&C would welcome the opportunity to earn your business.  Contact Bill Wenzel via email bwenzel@membranepc.com or phone at 715-352-3206 and let’s get started on your pressure vessel solution today.
